Travis is a brand & talent evangelist focused on people experience at the forefront of diversity & inclusion.


Travis is the founder of The 12th Avenue Agency, a non-profit focused of various verticals advocating for under-served and underrepresented minority communities - from investment to advisement, the brands under 12th Avenue make a lasting impact in culture and communities across the globe.  In addition, Travis serves as Universal Music Group’s first Vice President and Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, & Employer Branding, where he develops the strategy, priorities, & execution. Prior to UMG, he was Head of Global Talent Diversity for Spotify, where he developed its diversity recruiting strategy. Travis was also at J.P. Morgan as Vice President in their Corporate & Investment Bank, focused on global program management, campus recruiting, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to that, Travis held several HR-related roles at other key companies. 

Travis graduated from Lee University with a bachelor's degree in business administration & accounting and holds a master's degree from The George Washington University in strategic public relations with an emphasis in multicultural branding, through their Graduate School of Political Management.  Travis currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his partner.
