Travis L. Robinson is a people and brand evangelist, specializing in curating connections and experiences for diversity, equity and belonging.
Travis is Co-Founder and Chief Evangelist Officer of Zeal Culture, The 12th Avenue Agency, and Belonging. At Monday - a collective of brand development, thought leadership and talent engagement organizations focused on underrepresented communities. In addition, he currently serves as Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for Spotify. He was previously Spotify's first Head of Global Diversity Recruiting and Americas Campus Programs. Prior to restarting his time with Spotify, Travis served as Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Universal Music Group - the first for any global major music label and publishing company. During his time at Universal Music Group, Travis also served as co-chairman of the Internal/Institutional Change committee for Universal Music Group’s Task Force for Meaningful Change. He has also served in similar roles in diversity & inclusion and human resources management at other industry leading, multinational brands such as: JPMorgan Chase, Federal Reserve System, and W Hotels. Throughout his extensive career, he has provided built, expanded and transformed functions: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employer Branding and Social Media, Talent Acquisition, Internship and Student Programs, Employee Experience.
Travis is also engaged in economic impact in various efforts, with a deep focus and investment in traditionally underrepresented communities. He is a board member for We The Project, an entertainment tech startup, and an investor with The Gaingels Network, a social impact co-investing firm.
Travis graduated with a Master's Degree from The George Washington University in Strategic Public Relations, through The Graduate School of Political Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Lee University. He resides in Los Angeles, California, United States of America with his partner.
